Packages are shipped from Paris, France, by La Poste or by carrier.
Your order is processed and shipped within 24 hours of your purchase.
As soon as your order is dropped off at the post office or picked up by our carrier, you will receive an email informing you that your package is being delivered.
Then a second email with the tracking number.
If all the items ordered are marked 'In stock', your order will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).
Attention: it is possible that some products are marked 'In stock' but only one unit is currently in stock. If you order more than one, we will send you an email as soon as possible to inform you of the delay (which never exceeds 2 weeks).
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight and value of the total order. You can see them as soon as you have created an account. The shipping costs will then always be indicated in your shopping cart according to the delivery address chosen.
Portobello does not pay for customs duties (which vary from country to country). For shipments outside the European Union, taxes, fees and customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will be requested at the time of delivery. In this case the invoice will be sent with the package and a copy of the invoice can be viewed and printed from the customer account. Portobello does not offer tax exemption. You can either ask directly to your customs office or have your order delivered to the desired destination.
