For this beautiful 200 m 2 walk-through apartment near the Seine, in the Marais, Rebecca Felcey proposed a comprehensive service: design and production of original custom furniture pieces, selection of various pieces from the Portobello editions and research into models from the 50s or limited series from other designers.
Choice of publisher's fabrics and creation of all upholstery works: glazed linen curtains, subtle sheers, headboards, bedspreads...

The main idea: to tell a story and create an intimate and unique place.

This witty interior is the fruit of a brilliant and close collaboration with customers, whose quality of dialogue and desire to create their own universe led to a rich and creative reflection.
Custom-built egg-shaped piece of furniture in patinated brass, a unique piece designed by Rebecca Felcey.
This 1.80m-high sculpture meets a number of criteria and needs: it can hold a variety of objects, magazines and other items; it separates the space between the two living rooms without closing them off; it takes up the space vertically (the rest of the furniture is rather low), and can be viewed from all sides.
You'll recognize the Rico sofa, the Coco sofa, the Peter and John tables and the Marie Henri tables from the Portobello editions.
Signed pieces include 50s armchairs by Gio Ponti, the Racket armchair by Danish designer Vestergaard Jensen, and the Signature armchair by Carl Hansen.
Other bespoke pieces include delicate bedside tables in hand-crafted brass and tinted glass.
