Paulo Mendes da Rocha is a living legend in contemporary architecture. His work is assimilated to the "school of brutalist architecture of São Paulo". A brutalism that refers to raw concrete, simple forms. Very comfortable, the Paulistano is a design classic with a timeless elegance. It is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMA) since 2007.
