Description
Fine hemp gauze, slightly translucent, like a veil. A frothy, airy material, airy along a window or as a sheet slipped under the comforter, sensual as a bedspread. Incomparable softness. Gauze, originally called 'gaze' in France, was the name given to fine silk fabrics. Used in the medical field, it was later woven from cotton. Since then, it has been found mainly in synthetic fibers for use in clothing and the home. We have made this fine gauze from pure hemp, which gives the fabric unique properties of suppleness and fallability.
Supplied without a fastening system, these gauzes can be installed on simple clamps.
DYE :
Our ecological dyeing process reinforces the fabric's "hand" and gives it a particular luminosity in perfect affinity with the fabric. Thanks to its natural fibers, the texture is fine, uncluttered, just a little transparent to filter light and give a lovely relief to a room.
