Description
Fine hemp gauze, slightly translucent, like a veil. A frothy and airy material, airy along a window or as a sheet slipped under the comforter, sensual as a bedspread. An incomparable softness. Gauze, originally called 'gaze' in France, was a fine silk fabric. Used in the medical field, it was then woven in cotton. Since then, it is mostly found in synthetic fibers to be used for clothing or home. We have made this fine gauze out of pure hemp which gives the fabric unique properties of flexibility and fall.
Delivered without fasteners, these gauzes are installed on simple clamps.
DYE:
Our ecological dyeing process reinforces the "hand" of the fabric and gives a particular luminosity in perfect affinity with the fabric. Thanks to its natural fibers, the texture is fine, clear, just a little transparent to filter the light and give a nice relief to a piece.
