Description
LAMPADAIRE Hervé
Based between London and Palavas-les-Flots, James' aim is to encourage the use of waste as a raw material.
As a starting point, he has chosen to highlight alternatives to concrete through unique lamps made using 3D printing.
Traditional concrete is responsible for 8% of greenhouse gas emissions, which can be divided by 20 if the same properties are maintained.
Originally trained in aeronautical engineering and with no preconceptions in the world of design, James gave way to a trial-and-error process that lasted 15 months before producing his first product.
