Rebecca Felcey's latest editions are a set of coffee tables that are both sculptural and elemental. The idea is for forms and materials to work in concert: red Tuscan earthenware and the relief of travertine stone contribute to the organic aspect of the models. Portobello called on the expertise of ceramist Lisa Maiofiss to create the bases. A collaboration between design and craftsmanship that gives added meaning to these creations.
